flowers to begin the year

I am in love with plants! I find that I never get tired of noticing new flowers on my nightly walk, trees in my neighborhood at different stages of their blooming cycle, and fallen petals. A few images from my yard, taken yesterday. These are varieties of Aeoniums, one of my favorite kind of succulent.
